In 2017 NOVBUD commissioned more than 70 thousand square meters of housing in the suburbs of Kyiv, and according to the Forbes magazine entered the top ten Ukrainian developers.
In addition, the company received the award “Reliable developer of the Kyiv region.” As part of the Ibuild award ceremony from the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, one of the largest projects of NOVBUD Petrovsky Kvartal was rightly awarded with the prize “The Best Housing Complex of the City in the City Format”. And recently the company was awarded the first “STAR” of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
Today, the developer NOVBUD is actively developing three large-scale projects: RC Petrovsky Kvartal, RC Kvartal Kryukovshchina and RC Novye Teremki.
RC “Petrovsky Kvartal” – one of the largest residential complexes in Ukraine with 53 already inhabited houses and a well-developed infrastructure. This year buyers of apartments celebrated the housewarming in 7 comfortable and cozy houses of the complex, 5 houses are at the commissioning stage and 33 more are under construction. And from the fall season of the current year, a new secondary school began to work on the territory of the residential complex.
In the Novye Teremki residential complex, NOVBUD is building comfort class apartments for people that appreciate the convenience of infrastructure of Kyiv, but strive for the coziness of suburban life. The construction of the first stage of the residential complex (4 houses) has already been completed by 95%.
The comfortable residential complex “Kryukovschina Kvartal” is located in the picturesque part of the capital’s suburbs, next to the city Vishnevy. Throughout the year, active work was underway on the construction of 7 sections.
In 2018, NOVBUD is aimed new achievements and intends to increase construction momentum, because the company plans to launch and implement projects by more than 100 thousand square meters. Namely – the construction of several new large-scale residential complexes in Kyiv and the suburbs of the capital. It is also planned to put into operation about 120 thousand square meters of newly built housing.
